Shop Policy

Welcome to Liezl Asis' web shop! We value your trust and are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the following policies carefully.

Ordering Information
 

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items (i.e. commissioned artworks) may take longer. You'll be informed of the estimated timeframe upon confirmation.

  • Payment: All prices are in euro (€). Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment providers. 

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Regions: We currently ship with the EU and selected international destinations. The orders are coming from the Netherlands.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery is available for customers residing in the Netherlands, within EU, or internationally. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Netherlands: 2-4 business days​

    • EU countries: 3-10 business days

    • International: 4-15 business days

  • Shipping Fee: This is calculated at checkout based on location and product type.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

  • Packaging: Artworks are carefully wrapped using protective, eco-friendly materials. Framed prints and canvases are shipped in sturdy, padded boxes or mailing tubes depending on the size and type of artwork to prevent damage.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Period: You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. 

  • Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • To Start a Return: Contact us at hello@liezlasis.com with your order number and reason for return.

Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Please send an email to hello@liezlasis.com and state the reason for cancellation.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please email us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We'll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Lost shipments will be investigated with the courier before any action is taken.

Gifting

If your purchase is a gift:

  • You may leave a message in the "Gift Note" field when you place your order.

  • We do not include prices in the package. 

Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

We collect and use personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/769)

By placing an order, you agree to the collection and use of your data as outlined below:

We do not share your data with third parties except those necessary for order processing (e.g. payment processors, shipping companies).
