Ordering Information

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items (i.e. commissioned artworks) may take longer. You'll be informed of the estimated timeframe upon confirmation.

Payment: All prices are in euro (€). Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment providers.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Regions: We currently ship with the EU and selected international destinations. The orders are coming from the Netherlands.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery is available for customers residing in the Netherlands, within EU, or internationally. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

Netherlands: 2-4 business days​

EU countries: 3-10 business days

International: 4-15 business days

Shipping Fee: This is calculated at checkout based on location and product type.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Packaging: Artworks are carefully wrapped using protective, eco-friendly materials. Framed prints and canvases are shipped in sturdy, padded boxes or mailing tubes depending on the size and type of artwork to prevent damage.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Period: You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return Conditions: Items must be in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We'll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Lost shipments will be investigated with the courier before any action is taken.

If your purchase is a gift:

You may leave a message in the "Gift Note" field when you place your order.

We do not include prices in the package.
