Liezl Asis welcomes posts related to adulting, holistic living, Filipino expat life, finance and entrepreneurship, inspiring or motivational personal story, life coaching, and community works in the Philippines. If you have a guest post that is not included in this list but you feel would be a good fit for our Blog, please submit your ideas as all relevant topics are welcome.

Liezl Asis

Refers to the “website” www.liezlasis.com or the brand or the organization. It can also refer to the site owner. This can also be used as “us”, “we”, or “our”.

Guest Blogger

Can also be called Guest Post Writer. This person is from outside the organization and writes a blog or guest post that will be published on the www.liezlasis.com website.

Terms and Conditions

1. Guest posts must be the writer’s original work and they should not have been published on any other website, forum, chat or social media network.

2. The content must be your own, original work. Plagiarism or copyright infringement is not permitted and will be dealt with accordingly.

3. When quoting others, please make sure to properly cite your source and add references if needed. Links to any third-party site must be relevant to the topic and approved by Liezl Asis.

4. You will be acknowledged as the Writer of the blog post, but it will be a property of Liezl Asis.

5. Once the article has been submitted to Liezl Asis, you may not publish it anywhere online, in part or in whole, including your own website or blog.

6. If we publish your guest post, you may promote it on your own website and social media accounts. Promoting does not mean you post the entire article online. You may include a link to your guest post and a short description explaining what the article is about.

7. Articles should be kept between 1000-2000 words.

8. Affiliate links shall not be included in guest post submissions. Excessive link(s) that appear to be affiliated or spam related will be removed at the discretion of Liezl Asis.

9. Liezl Asis reserves the right to add its own affiliate links where appropriate.

10. Guest post writers may submit a short bio statement (no more than 50 words) that may or may not be used at the beginning or ending of the article. A separate bio page for guest post writers will not be created unless stated otherwise in writing.

11. Guest post writers will be allowed to have one link to their website within the author acknowledgement. This may not be an affiliate link or point to an affiliated site. If the writer does not have a website, one link will be provided to any other social media like Facebook or Twitter. If there is not an appropriate profile for linking, only a name will be provided. Liezl Asis reserves the right to remove the author acknowledgment link within Liezl Asis’ sole discretion.

12. We do not pay for post submissions. If you decide to submit an article for our website/blog, you do so with the knowledge that you shall not be entitled to any compensation for writing the post or for any compensation related to the post.

13. Liezl Asis welcomes images and/or videos to accompany your guest post as long as they meet the following requirements. 

    1. The guest post writer must be the copyright holder of the image/video or the image/video must be licensed under an appropriate creative commons license or in the public domain. Proof must be submitted along with any image/video showing it does not infringe on copyright laws.

    2. Liezl Asis reserves the right to change/edit the image/video if necessary.

    3. If people are included in the image/video, the guest post writer must provide a written release allowing use of likeness.

    4. Video/image submissions must be relevant to the post.

    5. Stock photos can be used as long as the photographers or websites where they were taken get credit.

    6. Liezl Asis reserves the right to deny/remove any image/video it deems inappropriate or contrary to the values of Liezl’s brand.

14. Liezl Asis will share and promote the guest post in a variety of social media sites, but does not guarantee any particular site or audience reach.

15. All search engine optimization (SEO) information, such as anchor text or alt tags, will be reviewed and subject to inclusion at the discretion of Liezl Asis.

16. All guest posts are reviewed and approved by Liezl Asis prior to publishing. 

17. Liezl Asis reserves the right to edit the guest post where necessary.

18. Liezl Asis reserves the right to refuse publication or remove a guest post without prior notice to the guest post writer.

19. By providing a guest post to Liezl Asis, you agree that you are in no way becoming a part of it nor shall you hold yourself out to be a member of the Liezl Asis website or brand or organization.

20. If a guest post submission is inappropriate or needs improvements, a representative will let you know and offer suggestions so that it may be published at a later time. Liezl Asis will review your submissions in a timely manner. 

21. A Google Drive folder will be shared to you by Liezl Asis where you can upload the guest post or article you want to submit, including the images/videos.
